Every Tuesday from 3:00 - 5:00 PM Flow meets up for some fun skate sessions.

No matter your skill level, from beginner to expert we got you covered.

Our staff of experienced skaters will teach you the basics or help you progress even more.

Every Thursdays from 2:00 - 4:30 PM Flow meets up on the Aldo’s side (west side) of the Harbor and sets sail!

Join us for an ocean adventure as we sail out of the harbor and into the open sea.

Our knowledgable and trained staff will teach you the basics of sailing as well as water safety as we explore our ocean.

Every Friday from 3:00 - 5:00 PM Flow meets at Capitola Beach and goes surfing.
